How it works
- Create Agency Account — Agency creates login + agency profile and uploads required documents.
- 3nwan verification — Admin verifies agency details, ORN, trade license, and required documents.
- Add brokers — After approval, agency adds brokers with BRN and broker documents.
- Broker verification — 3nwan verifies each broker profile before listing access is activated.
- Start listing — Agency manager can submit listings for approved brokers. Broker can submit only for himself.
- Each listing is checked — Listing must have responsible broker, agency, permit data, ownership/authorization docs, and duplicate checks.
For individual brokers
Individual brokers cannot create standalone listing accounts. Brokers must be added under an approved agency account and verified by 3nwan before they can list properties.
After 3nwan approves a broker, the broker receives an email with a secure link to set a password and access the Broker Dashboard.
